This model is an intelligent cutting control system designed to achieve the automation of flame cutting. It can select the cutting process based on key information such as the type,thickness,and ype of cuting nozzle of the sheet material. By using anautomatic gas control box, it realizes the parametrie adiustment of the gas presstre a t each iage of the cuting process to ensurethe cuting effect and achieve V, X, Y, and K bevels in straight and arbitrary curves of flame cutting. The accuracy can reach ±1mm. The extended functions include automatic edge inspection, automatic gas distribution,automaticmarking, automatic distance arrangement or mutrplt cuting torches, and ftaneroiary bevet cuting, ete.
